HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT WEIGHTED BLANKET?
It is important that you choose a Therapeutic Weighted Blanket weight that is roughly 10% of your body weight*. And if you are in between sizes, size up.
*If you and your partner require a different blanket weight then we recommend one blanket per person for maximum effect.
Choose a Therapeutic Weighted Blanket size that is smaller than your bed dimensions for even distribution of the weight across your body.
